Privacy policy.

Who we are

This website belongs to Flawless Tresses Studios, 1950 Satellite blvd, 110, Duluth, GA 30096. When this page says “we,” it means KC WOODS and anyone who helps run the business. You can reach us at [email protected].

What this website collects

This website has no forms and no accounts, and it does not ask for your name, email or phone number. Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as the date and your browser type) so the site stays online and secure.

Booking

When you choose a service or press a Reserve button, your booking page opens in a new tab. That booking page is run by a separate provider. It asks for what it needs to hold your appointment, such as your name, phone number, email address and, when a deposit applies, payment details, and it follows its own privacy policy. This website never sees or stores your payment details.

We use what you give us when you book to confirm, remind you of and look after your appointment. We keep notes about your hair and past services only to serve you well.

We do not sell your information

We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the tools we use to run appointments, and only so they can do that job for us.

Links to other websites

Some links open other websites, such as our social media pages or a map. Those are run by other companies, and they follow their own privacy policies when you use them.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian books for a child.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] or call 6783402187.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
